Should Bihar’s water resources minister Bijendra Prasad Yadav, who ignored flood warning signs, be sacked?

Providing details of a system collapse, new evidence in the form of letters and telegrams reveal that for over a week SOS messages from a Bihar official posted on the India- Nepal border had warned of the impending floods in Bihar. But there was no one to read them. This shows carelessnesses and poor administration. Minister should be punished and all the officials resign on the morality ground.

I think there is huge misunderstanding between Nepal and Indian officials on this Kosi issue. They all should resign immediately and Mr. Yadav should not take part in further election as he is worst. He should be a milk man bloody good for nothing People.
